This new district connects the energy of Sugar Land Town Square and First Colony Mall, creating a fun, walkable experience that supports local businesses and celebrates community.

Whether you are meeting friends, hosting family, or taking in the holiday magic, it is always sweeter when you are in Sugar Land.

How It Works

1. Order your sealed drink from any participating bar or restaurant within the district. 
2. Sip responsibly as you stroll between approved areas marked by signage and maps.
3. Dispose of any beverages as you exit the district boundaries. 

The Social District is open Monday to Saturday: 7 a.m. to 2:15 a.m and Sunday: Noon to 2:15 a.m. 

To-Go Alcohol Purchases

To comply with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, some participating businesses may only sell to-go alcoholic beverages under specific conditions. These requirements can include—but are not limited to—pairing alcohol sales with a food purchase, sealing the beverage container before it leaves the premises, and clearly labeling the container with the business name.
