Free Admission Ever been curious to learn how Sugar Land got its humble beginnings? Stop by the Sugar Land Heritage Museum and Visitor and travel back in time to learn how it all started. Not only will you learn some interesting stories about Sugar Land, but you’ll also get a chance to snap some photos with a sugar mural, Sugar Land LED letters, and share why travel matters to you. To learn more you can embark on a historical hiking tour, which takes place every second Saturday of the month. (Fees may apply)

The Lawn at First Colony Mall

Sugar Land Memorial Park
Sugar Land Memorial Park is another great spot, and who doesn’t love a trip to the park? If you or anyone you know loves airplanes, you have to visit the Sugar Land Regional Airport. Bring a snack and head to the patio where you can watch the airplanes take off right before your eyes! For a front-row seat to some airplane action and a relaxing afternoon, this is a must-visit location.
