Free and open to the public, this monthly Mindful Nature Walk series offers a peaceful way to connect with the outdoors. Each 90-minute session is led by a Texas Master Naturalist and a mindfulness teacher, guiding participants through gentle movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and nature-based meditation.

These walks are designed to help you slow down, observe, and deepen your connection to the natural world. Whether you're a seasoned naturalist or simply seeking calm, the experience encourages new perspectives and a heightened sense of awareness. 

Participants are encouraged to dress for the weather and bring essentials like a hat, water bottle, and bug spray. Walks will be canceled in the event of rain or severe weather.
