Registration & Tickets
Attendance is free, but registration is required.
Tickets are complimentary and have no monetary value. They may not be sold, bartered, exchanged, or purchased through unauthorized third parties. Tickets are non-transferable and used for capacity management only.
Important: Registration does not guarantee entry once event capacity is reached. We recommend arriving early.

- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, max 11” x 11”
- Small handheld wallets, max 6.5” x 4.5”
- National flags without poles or sticks, max 4’ x 2.5’
- Small collapsible chairs
- Empty transparent bottles

- Balloons, beach balls, inflated sports balls, or projectile-like items
- Pets, except trained service animals
- Confetti, streamers, bulk papers, flyers, stickers, or giveaways
- Tents, personal shades, or canopies
- Banners or signs larger than 24” x 24”
- Masks or face coverings, except for medical or religious reasons
Event organizers, security, and law enforcement may determine that additional items are inappropriate or unsafe.
Bag Policy
All bags are prohibited except:
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, max 11” x 11”
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags, max 12” x 12” x 6”
- Small handheld wallets, max 6.5” x 4.5”
All permitted bags are subject to search.
Guest Conduct
We want every fan to have a safe, welcoming, and fun experience.
Guests are expected to:
- Treat others with respect
- Follow instructions from event staff, security, and law enforcement
- Stay within designated event areas
- Dispose of waste properly
- Report emergencies or unsafe conditions
Guests may be removed for fighting, threats, harassment, throwing objects, blocking walkways or exits, climbing structures, damaging property, smoking, vaping, unauthorized sales, visible intoxication, or behavior that disrupts the event experience
Alcohol Policy
A valid government-issued ID is required for alcohol purchases and service for guests 21 and older.
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. Service may be refused at any time, and visibly intoxicated guests may be removed from the event.
Weather, Schedule & Programming
Match dates and times follow the official FIFA World Cup 2026 broadcast schedule.
Programming may be adjusted due to FIFA schedule changes, broadcast issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control. No compensation will be issued if the event is delayed, modified, or canceled.
Photos & Video
By attending, guests grant permission for photography and video captured by the City of Sugar Land, Sugar Land Town Square Property Owners Association, and Rebees Management Company to be used for promotional purposes.
Unauthorized recording, streaming, or rebroadcasting of FIFA match content is not permitted.

Parking Closures
Parking closures for City Walk & Town Square Place take place at 5am day of watch party. Any remaining vehicles parked past this time will be towed to the designated Tow Lot located behind CAVA. (See Map for location.)
