On Friday, June 26, 2026, the Spiritual Care Network and the Fort Bend Regional Council are locking hands to host the Hope Rising: Bridging the Gap Conference at The Bridge Church in Sugar Land. This dynamic, one-day event brings together mental health professionals, faith leaders, families, and community advocates to build real connections and deploy real solutions.
