Suggested Sugar Land Itineraries

3-Day Itinerary

Day 1

Kick off your trip to Sugar Land with a visit to the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land. Come face-to-face with Devil Rex, enjoy the fifth largest collection of fossils in the United States - and so much more.  Afterward, head to Sugar Land Town Square to enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants then create your own art at Pinot's Palette or enjoy one of their many retail establishments. After a leisurely lunch, head over to Sugar Land Ice & Sports and test your ice skating skills. For dinner, head back to Sugar Land Town Square and enjoy al fresco dining and nightlife. 
 

Day 2

Learn all about Sugar Land's  history on a Heritage Hike provided by the Sugar Land Heritage Foundation (2nd Saturday of the month). Make sure to grab a lunch to go and have a picnic on the grounds of the Sugar Land Auditorium.  Afterward, take in a  Sugar Land Skeeters baseball game at Constellation Field


Day 3

Shop to your heart's content at First Colony Mall, The Market at Town Center and Lake Pointe Town Center.  Enjoy established retailers such as Macy's, Dillard's, JC Penny as well as outlet-style shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Nordstrom Rack.  With more than 900 dining and retail establishments in 32 Sugar Land shopping regions, you are sure to find exactly what you need.  Or even better - what you want!

Sugar Land is an ideal hub for the Greater Houston area.  With easy access to US 59, the Greater Houston area is just a short drive.  Stay in Sugar Land a few extra days and explore all that the Greater Houston area and Fort Bend County have to offer.

These great Fort Bend County attractions are a great addition to any Sugar Land getaway!  These attractions are within a 20 minute drive of Sugar Land.
