Night Out

GIRLFRIENDS

Grab your girlfriends for a night or weekend out on the town. Here are a few great ideas on how to make your Girlfriend Getaway Insta-worthy.

Friday

After dropping your luggage off at the hotel, dress to the nines for dinner at one of Sugar Land's trendy restaurants, including Japaneiro's and Songkran Thai Grill at Sugar Land Town Square or Veritas Steak & Seafood at Lake Pointe Town Center. Afterwards, drive down or hop on the shuttle at Sugar Land Town Square to catch a show at Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land. Musicals, international performers and music from then and now can be found at Sugar Land's state-of-the-art performing arts venue. End the night with dessert and cocktails at The Middle Spoon. We suggest pairing the Chocolate Lava Cake with Aphrodite's Weakness.

Saturday

Grab a pastry and wrap your hands around a nice cup of coffee from Anonymous Café. Afterwards, indulge yourselves and your senses with Nails Unlimited's elite manicure and pedicure which includes cool mint, orange peel scrubs and a hot stone massage. Schedule an early evening class at Pinot's Palette or Painting with a Twist where you can sip on wine and paint your own masterpiece; or BYOB when you create a beautiful flower arrangement at the flower bar at Deep Roots TX Floral Studio. Cap off the day with dinner and live music at Mosset New American Grill.

Sunday

Stroll down with your girlfriends to Black Walnut Café at First Colony Mall and enjoy brunch al fresco. Later venture into the mall for some "sweet" shopping finds at some well known department stores, like Macy's and Dillards, or at boutiques like francesca's. Other nearby shopping stops include, Sugar Land Town SquareLake Pointe Town Center and Market at Town Center. Before saying your goodbyes, get a bite to eat at local favorite, Singapore Café for some mee goreng and Okinawa pearl tea from nearby Sharetea.

The wait staff comes directly to your table and offers you a selection of beef, lamb, prok, chicken and Brazilian sausage, and the only way to hit pause is by flipping your card around to red. Head over to Constellation Field to watch the 2016 Atlantic League Champions, the Sugar Land Skeeters; or catch a show at Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land

Saturday

Start the day off early with tee time at Greatwood Golf Club for a relaxing morning on the green. Afterwards, head over to Jupiter Pizza & Waffles Co. for your own personal 8" pizza or a southern comfort meal like chicken and waffles. Set up a pick up game of flag football or go fishing at one of Sugar Land's many parks. Once you've worked up an appetite, head back to your hotel to get ready for happy hour at Big Ben Tavern, where you and the guys can enjoy scotch eggs, burgers, a round of billiards, IPAs and the game on one of their many flat screens. Some other notable happy hour spots include: Flying Saucer Draught Emporium and The Ginger Mule Tonics & Meals. If you're looking for something different, drive down to Escape Again, where you can see how well you work as team by trying to escape one of three locked rooms in under a hour.

Sunday

Wake up just in time for Sunday brunch at some of Sugar Land's hot spots: Churrascos, The Rouxpour and Perry's Steakhouse & Grille; or get a head start with lunch at Guru Burgers & Crepes with a mouth-watering Bruce Lee burger.
